  • 各式金屬螺絲製品，月產能7200萬PCS.
  • 電腦塑化零附件製品，月產能500萬PCS.
  • 零附件產品包裝線，月產能300萬PCS.


Company has persisted in doing professional product career and supplied high-quality, low-cost metal plastic computer components to high communication technology industries. Therefore what company currently can provide the product items are:

  • Versatile metal screw products, capacity up to 72,000,000pcs each month.
  • Computer plastic component products, capacity up to 5,000,000pcs per month.
  • Components assembly line, capacity up to 3,000,000pcs per month.

文益對產品服務之研發一直不遺餘力，除了針對目前現有產品之設計與規格加強設計外，還不時須與國際大廠共同討論下世代新產品之設計與應用開發。

  • 90度旋轉定位功能把手安裝使用流程圖
    90 degree snap-position carry handle

    • 在將螺帽鎖至把手底座螺絲時，扳手扭力５螺紋為６～８公斤；M6螺紋為１４～１５公斤最適合。
    • 開始組裝時，螺母與把手一定要垂直９０度，如用扳手鎖時，發現螺帽不正時，請立刻將螺帽退回重新再鎖。
    • 將螺帽鎖至碰到case板面即可，不要再用力鎖下去，或在有再鎖兩下的行為及想法。

    注意：此類型把手是設計給物重５公斤及１５公斤的物料使用的，請一定遵守此流程圖，若不遵守此指示，底座螺絲會有鎖斷之危，本公司恕不負責櫃公司的作業疏忽。如果有遵守此作業流程，組裝完成後，把手將可承受１５公斤以內的拉力及剪力。

    • When using a pneumatic wrench, please make sure that the torque setting is at 60-80 N-m, do not beyond 80 N-m.
    • Due the Nylock used on the threads it is somewhat easier to cross threads. Please be careful to avoid cross-threading the nut.
